• If you use your own API keys for AI models, you agree to comply with the terms of service of those respective AI providers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid tiers grant access to advanced features and higher generation limits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Studdoo application, brand, website design, and code remain the exclusive property of Studdoo.

6. Limitation of Liability

Studdoo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without liability for indirect or consequential damages.
